The Line Cook role at Red Robin involves preparing food in accordance with the brand's standards, which includes a variety of cooking techniques such as cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a diverse range of menu items including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads. This position requires adherence to safe food handling and cleanliness rules to ensure guests enjoy worry-free dining experiences. Line Cooks play an integral part in maintaining the kitchen's efficiency and quality control, working closely with other culinary staff to serve delicious and freshly made meals. The pay range for this position is competitive, offering between $20.65 and $21.30 per hour. In addition to the base pay, team members receive a free meal each shift as part of their compensation package. The position is open to individuals aged 17 and older, and Red Robin offers flexible work schedules to accommodate different needs. Other incentives include a 50% discount on Red Robin food for employees and 25% for their family members, referral bonuses for recommending new team members, and numerous additional compensation benefits. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills for portion control and measurements
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with cooking

Job Duties
