The role of a Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef at P.F. Chang’s is both dynamic and rewarding. Job Requirements

Previous experience is not required
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Able to lift up to 30 lbs
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cooking experience helpful but not required
Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
Passion for food and cooking

Job Duties

Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
Plates prepared foods based on chef's guidance
Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
Assist with washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
Uphold restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
Follow recipes and portion controls accurately
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality food preparation
