The role of a Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef at P.F. Chang’s is both dynamic and rewarding. This is an hourly position that offers competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate diverse needs. P.F. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required
  • Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
  • Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking experience helpful but not required
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
  • Passion for food and cooking

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
  • Plates prepared foods based on chef's guidance
  • Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
  • Assist with washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
  • Uphold restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
  • Follow recipes and portion controls accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality food preparation
