We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Line Cooks to join our team at Red Robin. This role involves preparing food in accordance with our high standards and distinctive methods, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a focus on quality and food safety, and a genuine interest in culinary arts. As a Line Cook, you will play an essential role in ensuring guests receive consistently delicious meals served with care and hospitality. This position offers a competitive pay range of $14.19 to $17.11 per hour and includes valuable perks such as a free meal each shift, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement. Job Requirements

  • must be 17 or older
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • capable of standing for extended periods
  • able to follow detailed instructions and recipe guidelines
  • basic knife handling skills
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • physical ability to lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting desirable
  • knowledge of safe food handling practices
  • ability to work effectively in a team

  • passion for cooking and learning new culinary techniques

Job Duties

  • prepare food according to Red Robin’s recipes and standards
  • cut, sauté, broil, fry, and cook various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness rules
  • maintain kitchen workstations in a clean and organized manner
  • assist in receiving and storing ingredients properly
  • contribute to a positive team environment and excellent guest hospitality
  • comply with all health regulations and company policies
