Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 17 years
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
  • physical stamina to handle kitchen duties
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • legal eligibility to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen or cooking experience is a plus
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant environment
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • passion for cooking and hospitality

Job Duties

  • prepare food items by cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various ingredients including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness standards
  • maintain station cleanliness and organization
  • collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
  • monitor food quality and portion sizes according to company standards
  • receive and store deliveries properly
  • assist in inventory management and kitchen maintenance
