The position of Line Cook at Red Robin is a vital role responsible for preparing food consistent with the company’s renowned standards. This role involves various cooking techniques such as cutting, sautéeing, broiling, frying, and cooking a wide range of menu items including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads. As a Line Cook, you will ensure that all food is prepared safely, adhering to all food handling and cleanliness regulations to keep guests worry-free. The Line Cook position at Red Robin is hourly and offers a competitive pay range starting from $16.90 to $20.39 per hour. Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 or older
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks
  • Must adhere to company food safety standards
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo background checks if required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment an advantage
