Job Duties
- Prepare food items including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
- Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
- Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet Red Robin standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food preparation efficiently
- Receive and store food supplies properly
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately
