Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar food preparation role preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation procedures
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to follow recipes and portion sizes accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
Maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
Passionately preparing, portioning, and/or cooking food items according to quality specifications
Assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
Being a team player
