Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills for guest interaction
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Adherence to food safety and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience with fresh seasonal ingredients
- Knowledge of butchery is appreciated but not necessary
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with Chef and Sous Chef
- Experience in foodservice or hospitality preferred
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and kitchen safety standards
Job Duties
- Ability to prep while managing orders coming in throughout the day
- Interact with guests throughout the day showcasing passion for foodservice and hospitality
- Make adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific dietary concerns
- Act as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
- Operate various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, flat top grill, or stand mixer
- Prepare necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
- Keep a clean tight station even under the busiest conditions
- Estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation
- Fill out prep list daily
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed
