Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant high-volume cooking experience
- Valid form of identification
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, handle objects frequently
- Capability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to occasionally sit, climb stairs and maintain balance
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to calculate discounts and tips
- Food handler's certification may be required depending on local regulations
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years related high-volume cooking experience

Job Duties
- Set up and stock workstation with minimal supervision
- Executing menu items from start to finish including preparation of ingredients, butchery of proteins, cooking and plating
- Working with seasonal ingredients
- Participating in the preparation and development of new menu items
- Perfecting existing skills while learning new techniques and building new skill set
- Mastering more than one specific station such as grill, sautee, fryer or garde manger
- Maintaining cleanliness of BOH work areas including refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas
- Participating in regular and deep cleaning of BOH work areas
