Job Requirements
- 1-2+ years of line cook or kitchen experience required
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English or similar) strongly preferred
- Food handler certification a plus

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, efficient service at the register and counter
- Accurately take and process orders using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments
- Manage guest flow and maintain organized queue lines
- Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for customers
- Prepare beverages such as coffee and fresh orange juice as needed
- Work on the line preparing bagels, sandwiches, and menu items
- Support kitchen operations during peak hours
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and speed of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure order accuracy
