Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience as a line cook
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food safety certification preferred
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

- Minimum of 1 year line cook experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong passion for food and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to meet demand and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
- Assist in training new kitchen staff
- Adapt to fast-paced environment and maintain high energy throughout shifts
