- Prior experience as a line cook or similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong passion for Italian cuisine

Job Duties

- Operate wood-fired ovens and cooking equipment
- Assist in pasta production and butchering
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
- Follow safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute to menu development and refinement
