Job Duties
- Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes to ensure consistent results
- Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
- Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Portion all products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation is visually appealing
- Maintain cleanliness by following sanitation standards, keeping work station clean and organized, and adhering to food handling standards
