Job Requirements

  • Culinary experience 6 months to 2 plus years depending on level
  • basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
  • ability to move quickly and work under pressure
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
  • food safety or ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days

Job Duties

  • Prepare hot and cold dishes following menu recipes and standards
  • work broiler, fryer, saute, and other stations in a fast-paced environment
  • keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • assist with prep, cross-train on stations, and support the team where needed
