Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • strong knife skills
  • ability to follow recipes and portion sizes accurately
  • capability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
  • exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
  • passion for great food and quality presentation
  • flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist

Job Duties

  • Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
  • follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
  • keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
  • operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
  • prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
  • wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
