Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- strong knife skills
- ability to follow recipes and portion sizes accurately
- capability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Job Qualifications
- 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
- exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
- passion for great food and quality presentation
- flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
- teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist
Job Duties
- Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
- follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
- keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
- operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
- prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
- wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
