Currently, P.F. Chang's is hiring for several full-time and part-time kitchen positions including Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, and Station Chefs. These roles play a critical part in delivering the high-quality food and service that the brand is known for. Employees in these positions are responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and procedures while maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required
  • have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
  • a love for food and an eye for detail with cooking
  • know weights, measurements, and volumes
  • ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
  • knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
  • excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
  • flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cooking or kitchen roles is preferred but not required
  • understanding of cooking techniques and food safety

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
  • plates prepared foods based on chef's guidance
  • responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
  • assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
  • uphold high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
