Job Requirements

  • 6+ months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Exceptional knife skills
  • Passion for great food and quality presentation
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience of 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
  • Passion for great food and quality presentation
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in a kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
  • Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
  • Work efficiently across multiple kitchen stations
  • Maintain exceptional knife skills and food safety practices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service
