Job Duties

Execute dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
uphold Mexican culinary traditions and contribute to a respectful kitchen culture
maintain cleanliness and organization of station and kitchen areas
follow recipes, portion standards, and plating guidelines
assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and kitchen setup/breakdown
communicate effectively with team members and leadership
adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
