Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
- Minimum 1 year previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred
- Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, and ovens required
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Capacity to work effectively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, and ovens
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain focus on food quality and presentation
Job Duties
- Manage ticket orders for proteins with accuracy
- Ensure food is prepared to company specifications
- Maintain proper food temperatures
- Follow all sanitation protocols strictly
- Keep station and workspace clean and organized
- Perform opening kitchen duties
- Perform closing cleaning duties
