Job Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity in a high-volume restaurant
- flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays, and/or weekends
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- exceptional knife skills
- ability to read and follow recipes
- willingness to participate in a development program to learn multiple stations
Job Qualifications
- Experience in at least one of the following stations: pantry, pastry, pizza, wok, saute, grill

- passion for making great food and understanding the accountability of presenting quality dishes
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of starters, entrees, pizzas, and more using a variety of kitchen equipment and techniques
- know and comply consistently with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service
- portion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
- maintain a clean and sanitary work station and corresponding equipment
- execute proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- handle, store, and rotate all products properly and according to standards
- assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- open and close the kitchen properly, assist others and follow checklists for kitchen stations
- understand and follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures
- participate in proactive communication to help avoid and solve operational, HR, and financial issues
- be flexible during shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed
