- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role advantageous but not required
- knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation practices
- ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
- strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
- maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
- passionately preparing, portioning, and/or cooking food items according to quality specifications
- assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
- being a team player
