- prior experience as a line cook or similar culinary experience
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- capable of following detailed recipes and portion control guidelines
- willingness to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

Job Duties
- provide the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to guests
- execute menu recipes accurately and ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- prepare all menu dishes according to guest requests, portion control, temperature guidelines, and company time standards
- manage cooking station including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down, and storage
- operate and maintain various kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, oven
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
