Job Duties

  • accurately and efficiently cook hot food products
  • prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
  • plate and garnish cooked items appropriately
  • understand and execute menu techniques properly
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • work as part of a team focused on common goals
  • identify product quality and freshness
  • assist sous chefs with station set up and prep lists
  • receive and apply constructive criticism positively
