We are currently excited to offer positions within our Mekiko Team for Line Cooks, Chefs, Kitchen Prep, and Kitchen Team Members. Working as part of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for learning and executing all recipe procedures accurately, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following company safety and sanitation policies, and ensuring food orders flow continuously to provide guests with exceptional dining experiences. The role offers a high hourly rate based on experience, with compensation up to $20 per hour, plus additional income through a service fee tip-sharing program paid out weekly. This program not only rewards staff financially but also fosters a sense of ownership and pride in contributing to the restaurant's success. Employment in this role requires flexibility, including availability to work weekends and holidays to support busy kitchen operations. Additionally, Mekiko Cantina supports a Kitchen Education & Appreciation Program designed to develop top culinary talent by sharing restaurant profits with the back-of-house team, encouraging professional growth and rewarding creativity and teamwork. Job Requirements
