Jim & Nick's BBQ, located at 436 North Thompson Lane, is seeking dedicated Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at Jim & Nick's BBQ, you will be responsible for setting up, coordinating, organizing, preparing, and plating food orders for guests following plating procedures and ticket time standards. You will also be tasked with maintaining quality control, adhering to kitchen and food storage guidelines, Health Department regulations, and assisting in restocking and cleanup duties.
