Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a current Food Handler's Card
- Preferably 2 years of line cook experience in a medium- to high-volume concept
- Trained in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment
- Ability to multi task under pressure
- Great communication skills
- Ability to establish a positive rapport with many types of personalities
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a current Food Handler's Card

- Experience in Pizza a plus but not necessary
Job Duties
- Prepares food from our eclectic menu which includes many locally-sourced ingredients
- Know and comply consistently with our standard portion size, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period
- Focuses on clean work space and environment
- Provides "excellent quality" and "presentation" of all food to the guests while maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen
