Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a current Food Handler's Card
  • Preferably 2 years of line cook experience in a medium- to high-volume concept
  • Trained in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment
  • Ability to multi task under pressure
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to establish a positive rapport with many types of personalities

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a current Food Handler's Card

  • Great communication skills, ability to communicate clearly with Chef, GM, and FOH
  • Experience in Pizza a plus but not necessary

Job Duties

  • Prepares food from our eclectic menu which includes many locally-sourced ingredients
  • Know and comply consistently with our standard portion size, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
  • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period
  • Focuses on clean work space and environment
  • Provides "excellent quality" and "presentation" of all food to the guests while maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen
