The role of a Team Member at Philz is dynamic and fast-paced. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including making drinks, preparing food orders, working the register, cleaning, and stocking the store. The physical demands of the job include operating various machines and tools, maintaining stationary positions for extended periods, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds intermittently. Candidates must also have good visual acuity for safety and work accuracy and be able to communicate effectively. Philz offers competitive compensation, including a base hourly rate between $17.05 and $18.05, plus tips averaging an additional $5.00 per hour.
