The Concierge role at Ten Group is a highly engaging and rewarding position, focused on being the pivotal connection between the company and its members. This full-time, onsite position is based out of Ten Group's Las Vegas office at 10801 W. Charleston Blvd and requires candidates to reside within 50 miles of this location. The role demands a vibrant Las Vegas local who has an intimate knowledge of the city’s luxury scene and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Concierge, you will manage a high volume of requests through phone, chat, and email channels, handling everything from exclusive dining reservations and travel bookings to premium entertainment arrangements. The goal is to curate experiences that leave members amazed and consistently delighted.
Successful candidates will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively under pressure. The Concierge must maintain a customer-focused approach with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring each experience is personalized to match the individual preferences of members. This role also involves collaboration with global teams, making communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment essential. Job Requirements
- must reside within 50 miles of 10801 W. Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV
- at least two years of luxury dining, hospitality or concierge experience required
- proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to handle urgent requests calmly
- effective multitasking capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- must be available to work 100 percent onsite
- self-motivated and accountable
Job Qualifications
- minimum two years of experience in luxury dining, hospitality or concierge
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent customer service and communication abilities
- familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- proficient with reservation platforms such as OpenTable
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- self-motivated and accountable
- willing to work onsite in Las Vegas
