The position available is for a Bartender within the Food and Beverage division, classified as a full-time, non-management role. This role goes beyond simply mixing and serving drinks; it is about crafting unique and memorable guest experiences. The bartender acts as the ambassador of the bar, taking personal responsibility for the guest experience from beyond the bar counter. It is essential that the bartender possess a passion for guest service, an eye for quality, and attentiveness to detail, including managing cash handling processes with integrity.

The bartender will be expected to stay informed on current market trends and evolving guest needs to continuously deliver the highest quality service. This involves maintaining the bar’s appearance and functionality with meticulous care, fostering relationships within the hotel and the surrounding community, and proudly upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence. The role requires physical stamina, as bartenders are often on their feet, walking, lifting or carrying items up to 25 pounds, and engaging actively with guests and team members.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, reach, kneel, twist, stretch, and bend as required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No licenses or certifications necessary
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and quality service
