Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance
- Able to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, and stooping
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to guest service excellence
- No supervisory experience required
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor bar inventory and restock supplies as necessary
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards throughout all operations
