The LifeCafe Supervisor role is a dynamic and pivotal position within Life Time’s hospitality operations. This role involves overseeing the daily shift operations in the LifeCafe, ensuring members and guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a high-quality dining experience. As a shift leader, the LifeCafe Supervisor motivates and supports their team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain food quality, and manage operational flow in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing scheduling adjustments to meet traffic demands, supervising food preparation and service practices, and responding promptly to member inquiries or concerns. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
- ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Night and weekend availability is required based on the business needs

- 1-2 years of supervisor or manager experience with a food service or retail background in a high volume atmosphere preferred
Job Duties
- Manages LifeCafe shift operations while making schedule adjustments based on traffic flow
- Acts as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support
- Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and service customers in a professional manner
- Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager
- Manages light food prep responsibilities
- Quickly and efficiently responds to member questions, comments, and concerns
