Responsibilities include collaborating with staff and volunteers to create comprehensive activity schedules that balance fun, therapeutic benefit, and inclusivity. Additionally, maintaining confidentiality about residents' status and medical information is essential, alongside demonstrating patience, tact, and empathy when interacting with residents, family members, and fellow staff members.

Touchmark is dedicated to fostering professional growth and well-being among their employees by providing a competitive compensation and benefits package. Team members who work 30 or more hours per week enjoy advantages such as paid time off including holidays, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, education assistance, bonus and retirement plans, flexible spending accounts, and access to an Employee Assistance Program. The organization’s culture encourages leadership through example in safety, compassion, and empathy, embracing individuals who share these core values and are committed to enhancing resident experiences.
