The LifeCafe Staff role is a crucial part of Life Time's commitment to creating a positive and energetic environment for its members. This position involves the preparation and execution of food and beverage orders according to specific recipes and speed of service standards. Working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, the LifeCafe Staff is expected to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café. Responsibilities include preparing food items, shakes, espresso drinks, and other beverage orders efficiently and accurately. Additionally, LifeCafe Staff must be knowledgeable about the menu to answer member questions effectively and make recommendations that enhance the dining experience. This role requires physical stamina as staff members must be able to work standing for prolonged periods and perform tasks such as bending and lifting. Life Time values safety and requires CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire, ensuring a safe environment for both employees and members.

This hourly position offers wages starting at $15.00 and can increase up to $18.00 based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
