Job Description
Grow Therapy is a leading partner for independent mental health clinicians, dedicated to helping therapists and psychologists build and expand insurance-based private practices. As an innovative mental health company, Grow Therapy provides comprehensive operational support to licensed clinicians, enabling them to focus squarely on delivering quality care to their clients. With a mission to improve client outcomes and scale practices with ease, Grow Therapy combines innovative technology, a robust peer support network, and expert clinical guidance to empower therapists and psychologists across California. \n\nThis opportunity is for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) who are independently licensed in California and want to grow a sustainable private practice serving insurance-based clients. Therapists partnered with Grow Therapy can expect competitive earnings with rates up to $98 per hour for therapists and $120 per hour for psychologists. You have the flexibility to choose where and how you work—whether remotely, in-person, or through a hybrid arrangement. Grow Therapy supports you in setting your private pay rates, offers weekly direct deposits, and guarantees reimbursement for insurance claims, ensuring a steady and reliable income stream.\n\nGrow Therapy's all-in-one platform manages crucial aspects such as credentialing with major insurers, billing and claims support, integrated electronic health records (EHR), scheduling, telehealth, and built-in compliance tools. This comprehensive infrastructure eliminates administrative burdens, allowing clinicians to devote more time to their clients. Beyond technology, Grow Therapy fosters a vibrant nationwide provider network including identity-based clinician groups, local meetups, and virtual networking opportunities to build a strong professional community. Dedicated provider success teams offer continued payor navigation assistance, directory management, profile optimization, and marketing guidance. Clinicians also benefit from access to clinical leaders, risk and higher-level-of-care coordination support, and free live continuing education credits along with virtual professional development events.\n\nIdeal candidates for this role are independent practitioners who value autonomy but appreciate having strong operational backing and support. Grow Therapy offers an environment where you can practice independently but never feel alone, with a partner invested in your long-term success. Whether you are looking for full-time, part-time, or contract work, this role accommodates flexible schedules and provides professional development assistance to support your ongoing growth and success in private practice. Join Grow Therapy and transform your clinical practice with the power of technology, community, and expert support tailored to your needs.
