The role involves preparing and mailing letters of representation to insurance companies, as well as requesting, following up, and organizing medical records and bills relevant to client cases. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients, insurance companies, and other parties. Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize tasks efficiently are crucial to ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
