Job Description
Knightvest is a leading property management company dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences across its portfolio of apartment communities. With a strong commitment to integrity, teamwork, and delivering outstanding service, Knightvest fosters a work environment where employees are valued and encouraged to grow professionally. The company operates with the Golden Rule at its core, emphasizing respect and fairness in all interactions both with residents and team members. Knightvest supports a culture that values fun and rewards, ensuring that the workplace is not only productive but also enjoyable. The company prides itself on building thriving communities, dependable results, and winning teams, making it a reputable employer in the real estate and property management sector.
Currently, Knightvest is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional for its Sullivan property located in Austin, TX. The Leasing Professional role is pivotal in connecting prospective residents with their ideal homes while enhancing the overall community experience. This position involves engaging potential residents through property tours, responding promptly to leasing inquiries, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive occupancy. The Leasing Professional will play a key role in guiding prospects through the leasing process – from walk-throughs to lease signing – ensuring clarity and compliance with regulations. This role requires an individual who values customer service and relationship-building, as these skills are essential in converting leads into loyal residents. The company offers a supportive training environment where employees with strong interpersonal skills can develop into successful leasing specialists.
The Leasing Professional duties extend beyond leasing activities; they oversee maintaining show-ready homes and ensuring that apartments are move-in ready to meet scheduled timelines. Collaboration with maintenance and office teams is essential to coordinate smooth daily property operations and move-ins. Meticulous record-keeping using property management software, including OneSite, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, including Fair Housing laws. The role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced setting.
Knightvest values experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or real estate-related fields, though they provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and familiarity with leasing agreements and property management regulations is advantageous. The job includes flexibility requirements such as working some weekends and evening hours. Knightvest also highlights its competitive pay structure and bonus opportunities as part of its compensation package.
Working at Knightvest offers numerous benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and company match, paid vacation and holidays, and educational reimbursement programs designed to support professional development. The company also provides employee assistance and wellness resources, apartment rental discounts, referral bonuses, and recognition programs that motivate and reward employees. Furthermore, Knightvest encourages career advancement through strong internal promotion opportunities and clear growth paths, making it an attractive place for those seeking longevity and career growth within the property management industry.
