The Parks at Fig Garden, located in Fresno, California, is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its dynamic team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in achieving the community’s leasing goals by maximizing occupancy rates and improving resident satisfaction and retention. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for all daily operations related to leasing apartments, including conducting property tours, processing applications, and implementing renewal strategies. This role demands a proactive individual who can handle diverse responsibilities while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in sales or leasing property management
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- knowledge of property management software such as Yardi or MRI is a plus

Job Duties
- Promote the apartment community and conduct tours
- implement outreach campaigns to drive traffic

- convert leads into leases and meet leasing goals
- generate new prospects through events and follow-ups
- maintain accurate records and assist in reporting
- support the Community Manager with lease renewals, resident files, and compliance with regulations
