Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
- ability to work weekends
- must have effective communication and listening skills
- ability to verify resident applications and process lease paperwork
- ability to maintain accurate records
- must be able to work collaboratively in a team setting

Job Duties
- Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications
- input information into computer systems
- accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss room sizes, layout, available facilities, location amenities, services, and lease terms
- qualify prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork
- update records as necessary
- complete lease forms or agreements and collect rental deposits and application fees
- introduce residents to apartment and property procedures
- promote positive, proactive resident relations to ensure high-quality living experiences
