Job Description

Sares Regis Group, headquartered in Newport Beach, California, is a privately held real estate development, investment, and management firm with a strong focus on commercial properties and multifamily communities across the western United States. Since its inception in 1993, the company has built an impressive portfolio, developing and acquiring commercial and residential assets valued at over $7 billion. Currently, Sares Regis Group manages an extensive portfolio including approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 42,000 apartment units, making it one of the prominent players in the real estate management industry.

Sares Regis Group is dedicated to creating well-maintained and vibrant communities that cater to diverse residents through innovative property management approaches and thoughtful development. Their commitment extends to providing quality living experiences and strong customer service, emphasizing resident satisfaction and long-term community engagement. Through its focus on sustainable growth and practical asset management, the company has gained a reputation for stability, professionalism, and operational excellence.

The opportunity presented is for the role of Leasing Consultant at their beautiful 84-unit community, Cibola, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is ideal for those who have a passion for sales, customer service, and real estate leasing, and are looking to build or further advance a career within the property management sector. Working with Sares Regis Group offers an enriching environment where employees play a critical role in ensuring prospective and current residents receive exemplary service and support from the initial inquiry through the leasing process and beyond.

The Leasing Consultant position is structured as a regular full-time role with specified working hours: Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The hourly wage for this role ranges from $17.00 to $18.00, reflecting the company’s competitive compensation package. Employees benefit from additional perks such as a 401(k) match, rental incentives, renewal compensation, performance-based bonuses, and rental discounts based on location.

In this role, the Leasing Consultant serves as the primary contact for prospective residents, conducting interviews to ascertain their needs and qualifications, and providing detailed information about available units, community amenities, services, and lease terms. The consultant guides prospects through the leasing process — from touring model apartments to verifying applications, completing lease agreements, and collecting necessary fees. An important aspect of the job is fostering positive resident relations, ensuring new residents feel welcomed and well-informed about property procedures, and contributing to the overall quality living experience within the community.

This position also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to present information clearly, and the capacity to work effectively within a team. Flexibility to work weekends is essential, reflecting the business hours needed to accommodate prospective residents. Sares Regis Group emphasizes an inclusive, respectful work environment, promoting equal opportunity and compliance with legal standards such as background checks and drug testing as part of the employment process.

For individuals seeking a stable, rewarding career in property management with opportunities for growth, becoming a Leasing Consultant at Sares Regis Group offers significant professional development, a supportive work environment, and meaningful employee benefits. The company’s long-standing presence and strong market position further add to the role’s appeal, making it an excellent choice for motivated sales and customer service professionals in the Scottsdale area.
