We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Lead Wedding Coordinators for the 2026 wedding season and beyond. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work on a contract basis with the flexibility to set your own schedule. As a Lead Wedding Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of the wedding day experience, working primarily on-site to oversee the smooth execution of the event. Your role will involve close collaboration with client experience managers and assistant coordinators, ensuring that every detail, from the initial planning stages to the final moments of the celebration, is managed with precision.

The Lead Wedding Coordinator plays a critical role in planning and coordinating all wedding day activities. From conducting final details calls with clients to leading rehearsal ceremonies and managing vendor relations, this position requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be the main advocate for the couple during their special day, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused approach to any challenges that may arise. Your responsibilities include overseeing setup in accordance with event designs, coordinating with vendors to ensure alignment with the event plan, and assisting with the placement of personal and decorative details.
