Job Duties
- Conduct a final details call with clients approximately 6 weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations
- Lead the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, ensuring all participants are confident in timing, processional flow, and key cues
- Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused demeanor while supporting them through any challenges that arise
- Oversee the setup for both the ceremony and reception to align with the event design and day-of execution playbook
- Manage the full wedding day execution, coordinating from initial vendor arrival to final breakdown at the end of the evening
- Greet and guide all vendors as the main point of contact, communicating setup instructions clearly to maintain alignment with the event plan
- Assist with the placement of personal and event details, including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest book, and décor elements
- Support the wedding party and family members by providing guidance, timing cues, and addressing any day-of needs
- Ensure that all end-of-event items, such as gifts, guest books, and personal décor, are properly packed and accounted for
- Proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes to ensure a seamless guest experience
