Job Duties
- Conduct a final details call with clients approximately six weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations
- Lead and oversee the ceremony rehearsal on the day before the wedding, ensuring all participants are confident and prepared
- Act as the primary advocate for the couple on their special day, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused demeanor while supporting them through any challenges that may arise
- Manage and oversee ceremony and reception setups according to the event design and our day-of execution guidelines
- Handle full wedding day execution, starting from the arrival of vendors to the final breakdown at the end of the evening
- Welcome, direct, and serve as the main point of contact for all vendors and attendees
- Clearly communicate setup instructions to vendors to ensure alignment with the event plan
- Coordinate and assist with the placement of personal and event details such as escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest book, and décor elements
- Provide guidance and support to the wedding party and family members throughout the day
- Ensure all end-of-event items are properly packed and accounted for
- Proactively manage and resolve any last-minute issues to ensure a smooth guest experience
