Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in wedding or event coordination
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks

  • Reliable transportation to event sites

Job Duties

  • Oversee wedding execution from logistics confirmation to final breakdown
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup
  • Manage wedding day timelines and ensure all events run smoothly
  • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed and address concerns
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event
  • Lead and direct any additional staff or assistants needed for the event
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards
