Job Requirements

- Proven experience in wedding or event coordination
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Must be available to work weekends

- Reliable transportation to event sites

Job Duties
- Oversee wedding execution from logistics confirmation to final breakdown
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup
- Manage wedding day timelines and ensure all events run smoothly
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed and address concerns
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event
- Lead and direct any additional staff or assistants needed for the event
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards
