The Lead Concierge also coordinates VIP arrivals, offers exclusive tours of the casino and resort, and safeguards confidential guest and company information in compliance with Tribal Gaming regulations. The role demands excellent communication skills, technical proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service. Physical requirements involve working primarily in a climate-controlled casino environment, with the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
