The Guest Service Captain must operate with accuracy, composure, and confidence, especially under pressure, to handle complaints and challenging situations effectively.
Additional duties include overseeing the valet staff by assigning roles and adjusting staffing levels based on business needs, managing revenue collection, cash drops, and accurate shift reporting. This role involves stringent adherence to safety protocols, including safe vehicle handling, maintaining wheelchair operations, and protecting guest confidentiality following HIPAA regulations.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $14 per hour plus tips and includes the opportunity to work various shifts across morning, afternoon, and overnight schedules. Towne Park provides benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility based on job classification and employment terms.
Overall, the Guest Service Captain plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth, hospitable, and efficient operation, promoting teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic and demanding environment.
