Job Duties

  • lead and manage the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences
  • maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with health regulations
  • assist the Dining Services Director with menu planning and inventory management
  • monitor food quality and portion control
  • train and mentor kitchen staff
  • work varied shifts including weekends to meet the needs of the community
