This role is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, flavorful meals tailored to the preferences and dietary needs of seniors. The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of culinary management experience, holds a Serv Safe Manager Certification, and demonstrates a genuine passion for serving the senior population. The Lead Sous Chef will oversee meal preparation, maintain sanitary and organized kitchen operations, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations. Working a variety of shifts, including weekends, this position offers a dynamic work atmosphere within a collaborative and values-driven setting.
