The role of Sous Chef at Sunrise Senior Living in River Forest is a critical position within the Dining Services team. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef coordinates and manages food production while ensuring all kitchen operations comply with quality and safety standards. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can supervise kitchen staff, maintain efficient workflows, and uphold sanitary procedures to guarantee food safety at all times. The Sous Chef will play a fundamental role in menu execution, assisting with planning, and ensuring that every dish meets the nutritional and taste expectations of the community's senior residents.
