Job Description

Amangiri is a luxurious resort located in the breathtaking red-rock country sprawling over 900 acres of the Colorado Plateau. This serene sanctuary features 34 modernist suites, an Aman Spa, and a mesa-embracing pool that all echo the tranquility of the surrounding canyons. Amangiri is complemented by its satellite, Camp Sarika, which boasts 10 tented pavilions designed to offer adventurous guests an unrivaled experience amid nature. Camp Sarika includes its own restaurant, lounge, and spa suites, making it a perfect base for exhilarating expeditions and intimate fireside connections. Together, Amangiri and Camp Sarika offer an extraordinary blend of luxury, comfort, and connection to the ancient desert landscape, creating an exclusive retreat for guests seeking both adventure and relaxation.

As the Lead Server at Amangiri, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences within this ultra-luxury environment. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Leadership Team, this hands-on position demands a strong commitment to excellence, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, team coordination, and operational efficiency. You will oversee daily dining service operations, supporting seamless and efficient service flow while leading and mentoring the service team to uphold the Aman Seva and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.

Your responsibilities will include preparing dining areas and service stations for each meal period, providing attentive and personalized service to guests, and anticipating their needs with prompt responses. Collaboration is key in this role as you will coordinate closely with the kitchen and other service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. Communication skills are essential when managing guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests to ensure complete satisfaction.

The Lead Server position also entails monitoring the dining room to maintain service excellence and guest satisfaction at all times. You will assist with various facets of service execution such as food running, table clearing, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting special events alongside opening and closing procedures. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional passionate about high-end hospitality who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where every guest’s experience matters.

Amangiri offers you the chance to work in a prestigious and expanding international company that values employee growth and provides a supportive, inclusive culture. The resort prioritizes career development and offers access to training platforms, ensuring that your professional journey is enriched every step of the way. If you have a background in luxury hospitality, a love for personalized service, and a desire to be part of an extraordinary team committed to excellence, this role offers a remarkable opportunity to elevate your career in one of the most stunning locations in the United States.
