Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field
- 4-7 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events
- Ability to work onsite in Bellevue four times a week
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- 4-7 years of specialized experience in orchestrating major events that leave a lasting impression
- Proven ability to leverage events as tools for business and brand growth
- 4-7 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex agency relationships
- Strong communication skills including presenting to C-suite executives
- Experience in strategic event planning and budget management
Job Duties
- Take charge of the strategic planning and execution of high-impact flagship events that captivate and engage audiences
- Cultivate and sustain strong, trusting relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless brand integration
- Lead and mentor top-tier event agencies, ensuring their deliverables are timely, budget-conscious, and exceed expectations
- Manage substantial event budgets with an eye towards maximizing ROI and delivering an unforgettable experience
- Develop and present innovative event strategies to senior leadership, positioning yourself as the go-to expert in live brand engagement
- Establish clear KPIs and conduct thorough post-event analyses to showcase success and drive future initiatives
- Quickly adapt to support urgent business projects and evolving organizational needs as they arise
