Job Duties
- Greeting everyone professionally and managing the daily guest list
- keeping the reception and seating areas spotless
- registering guests in the BXP security system
- issuing facility access cards
- requesting replacement badges
- onboarding new employees, temps, and contractors into the company’s badging and seating databases
- routing incoming calls and voicemails from all over the United States
- managing and responding to the shared reception email inbox
- booking meeting rooms via reservation system
- distributing monthly T-passes
- assisting with light administrative work
