Reporting directly to the Executive Steward and collaborating closely with Lead Cooks, the Lead Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational efficiency across all food and beverage venues within the stadium. This role is pivotal not only in managing the cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils but also in supervising and training the dishwasher team to ensure smooth and effective workflow throughout each event and game day. Employees performing this role are entrusted with ensuring that workspaces, coolers, freezers, and equipment are consistently neat, clean, and functioning properly to meet Delaware North’s strict safety and hygiene guidelines. The Lead Dishwasher also participates actively in inventory control and labor management by performing counts and reporting any issues to the Executive Steward.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.00.
